Sequence/OS is the teaching companion for yoga professionals. It supports your planning and teaching without replacing your voice, helps you build student trust through connected bookings and health information, and takes care of the loose ends that fill your time and headspace. It works on the web and on iPhone.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. Every new account gets seven days of full access, no card needed. After that Sequence/OS Pro is $30/month or $300/year (£25/month or £250/year for UK teachers), and it includes class bookings and email marketing.

Can students book and pay for my classes?

Yes. Every teacher gets a public booking page at sequenceos.app/book/your-name where students see your classes, fill in a health form and pay by card. Payments go straight into your own Stripe account in your own currency. Sequence/OS takes a 1% platform fee, and Stripe's own card fee applies separately.

Does it handle waiting lists, class passes and reminders?

Yes. A full class offers the waiting list, and the next person in line takes any place that frees up. You can sell class passes as a rolling balance of credits, set how late students may book or cancel, send automatic reminders 24 hours and 2 hours before class, and mark attendance afterwards.

Can I invoice a gym or studio?

Yes. Tick Add to invoice when you plan a class, say who pays and the agreed fee, then generate a numbered invoice for any date range on your own branding. Email or share it, set a due date, and track outstanding, overdue and paid at a glance. No online payment is collected, since gyms usually pay by bank transfer.

Can I email my students?

Yes. Students can join your mailing list from your booking page, and you can send an alert about one class or a general email to everyone, from your own sender name with replies coming back to your inbox.

Which styles of yoga does it support?

Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, restorative and slow flow. Timing is set per pose, so a 90-second Yin hold and a five-breath Warrior II both fit.

Can I teach without holding my phone?

Yes. Play Mode keeps the written cue on each pose and advances between poses automatically, so the phone stays on your mat while you teach the room. Rehearse with spoken cues in practice mode first.
